Tenant Fee’s

Initial Fees

Referencing- £150 pp inc VAT

Additional tenants- £150pp inc VAT

Guarantor Fee- £100 inc VAT

Company Fee- £300 +VAT

 

Non-refundable Holding Deposit – 50% of the first months rent

 

Property Administration and Check out Fee- £85

 

Security deposit 1.25 times a month rent for unfurnished and 1.5 times a months rent for furnished

 

Pet Deposit- Additional 50% of a months rent

 

During your tenancy

Agreement amendment Fee- £25

 

Renewal Fee-£85

 

Unpaid rent Interest at 8 % above Bank of England Base Rate from due date plus an administration of £10.00 for each delayed payment.

 

Landlord Services

 

Tenant Find Only Service

Inclusive of marketing, finding tenant, tenancy documentation, referencing, deposit registration (if required), Inventory/Schedule of condition update and meter readings taken (where possible) and utility companies notified. Collection and Remit of first monthly rental payment.

 

Managed Service

Inclusive of marketing, finding tenant, tenancy documentation, referencing, Inventory/Schedule of condition update and meter readings taken (where possible) and utility companies notified, Check in.

Collection and remit of monthly rental, Pursue non- payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrear action, Undertake quarterly property visits and notify landlord of outcome, Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors, hold keys throughout the tenancy term.
