As a Chartered Building Surveyor with 30 years’ experience in property consultancy I have been involved with a wide variety of different properties from listed buildings to modern houses.  Over my career I have worked not only locally but also in London, Manchester and Sheffield.  In my experience each property is unique and therefore requires careful consideration to ensure that a condition report accurately reflects the condition and issues that may be present, allowing the purchaser to make an informed decision.
