You will be informed every step of the way of any updates and also be given a detailed report every three months advising you of the condition of the property, giving advice where needed to ensure your property is kept well maintained throughout. There are two basic options for the Management Service; Silver and Bronze with additional services provided dependent on the level of service you prefer. Both services include full management of the property and include quarterly property visits and deposit registration. Check in’s and inventory’s can all be incorporated into the package too.
