There are two basic options for the Management Service; Silver and Bronze with additional services provided dependent on the level of service you prefer. Both services include full management of the property and include quarterly property visits and deposit registration. Check in’s and inventory’s can all be incorporated into the package too.
If you are looking to be more involved in your investment, we can still provide you with as much help as you need to suit your requirements, however all maintenance issues will be handed over to you with this service option. Once we have been instructed we will conduct a market appraisal and take marketing photo’s to ensure your property achieves the best possible rental value at the current market price and be marketed to the highest standard using a variety of marketing methods. We will also conduct and accompany all viewings and provide you with detailed feedback. We have a saying in the office ‘if we wouldn’t be prepared to rent our property to any prospective applicants, we wouldn’t let them rent yours’. Once applicants are qualified and approved by you, we will then undertake thorough referencing, where you are kept informed every step of the way. When referencing is complete we draw up all appropriate tenancy agreements and arrange for an inventory to be completed, which we can also conduct the check in on your behalf, if requested.
